Machinery Structure

• High-Strength Design:
  The EPS Foam Block Machine is constructed from welded high-strength rectangular tubes and steel plates, treated with aging heat processes to ensure durability and high strength.

• Stress Relief:
  All mechanical components are annealed and precision-milled using gantry milling technology to eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation and ensuring resistance to the expansion forces of high-density products.

• Breathable Plate:
  The machine’s breathable plate is crafted from mirror-finish stainless steel and precision-cut by laser, achieving an air permeability of up to 8% (customizable upon request).

• Steam Pressure Control:
  Multiple exhaust valves control steam pressure, enabling block production under low-pressure conditions. This results in high panel uniformity and reduced moisture content.

2. Steam Inlet and Exhaust System

• Optimized Steam Distribution:
  The machine utilizes a multi-gas slot inlet control system, enhancing the uniformity of steam distribution and minimizing steam consumption.

• Exhaust Valve Control:
  Multiple exhaust valves regulate steam pressure, allowing production in a low-pressure environment while maintaining uniform panel quality and low moisture content.

3. Automatic Control

• Precision Pressure Sensors:
  Pressure sensors control panel bonding, replacing traditional electrical contact gauges to improve accuracy and reduce malfunctions.

• Advanced Feeding System:
  Double feeding technology—vacuum feeding and air feeding—ensures reliable material delivery, significantly reducing the chances of feeding issues.

• Efficient Cooling Process:
  The machine employs three cooling methods: fan cooling, vacuum cooling, and a combined fan-vacuum cooling system. The combined method accelerates cooling and extends the vacuum pump's lifespan.

• Smart Automation:
  Schneider PLC and a touch screen interface enable fully automated operation, including mold opening/closing, feeding, heating, insulation, vacuum cooling, demolding, and product ejection.
